2011 Rule Revision
The rule revision process is coming to an end.

The rule revision committee met for the first time in Riverton on June 10, 2011. We had one more face to face meeting in September and then finished discussions through emails. A list of those on the committee is available if you have questions about the process or some of the changes.

We’ve attached a draft of the proposed rule changes on this website. Within the draft there are text boxes that explain the proposed changes. Chapter 5 does not have these comment areas as it is all from the Attorney General’s Office and has been changed only to clarify the rules and regulations in regards to the legal proceedings of Hearing Requests.

Please submit any questions/concerns/comments about the changes by sending an email to michelle.weber@wyo.gov and please place in the subject line RR public comment.

We will be accepting public comments until January 19th.
